Payment methods

We are an out-of-network provider and we do not accept insurance.

 

Payment is due at the end of each session by Zelle, venmo or credit card. Please be aware that there will be a 3.5% additional charge for all credit card transactions.

Reimbursement

If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Many plans require that clients meet their deductible before reimbursing for services.

If you are unsure of what benefits you have, please contact your insurance company directly. If you have questions regarding how to verify your insurance benefits, reach out and we will start the process together! 

Cancellation policy

We understand that things come up that may interfere with your scheduled therapy session and therefore, we like to practice with flexibility. If something does come up please contact us to either cancel or reschedule your session.  We charge a full session fee for any missed or late cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.
