My approach is holistic and integrative, strength-based psychotherapy grounded in evidence-based methods. I strive to create a safe environment where clients can process their pain while being honest, open, and gentle with themselves.
I take the time to listen closely and tailor sessions to meet clients where they are right now, guiding them continuously toward growth, healing, and self-love. My clients often describe me as warm and attentive, my goal is for every person I work with to feel genuinely seen and supported.
I am passionate about helping individuals overcome hardships, explore feelings and experiences that may have impacted their lives, and empower them to reach their full potential. I work with adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD and C-PTSD, eating disorders, OCD and related disorders, life transitions, sexual identity, and relationship stressors.
I work from a holistic, integrative lens, drawing from trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and evidence-based tools including CBT and DBT. My work is strength-based: I believe every client already carries the capacity for healing, and my role is to help them access it. I adapt my approach session by session, always guided by where you are and what you need.
